Hi my name is Laurine Kulczycky

I'm a late diagnosed neurospicy dog mom and have spent over a decade coaching fitness & nutrition, helping hundreds of women achieve life-changing results. I have a gift for understanding what my clients need (both mentally and physically) to create lasting success.

My coaching is centered on building a sustainable lifestyle through my chill macros approach, intuitive eating, body image & relationship with food healing work and strength training.

I truly get it because I've been there. Over the years, I've faced the full spectrum of dieting challenges: feeling ashamed, insecure, overweight, a binge eating disorder, body dysmorphia and even too embarrassed to step into a gym.

But I've come through it all to find balance, confidence, genuine health and I'm passionate about helping other women do the same.
